With empathy, non-judgement, respect, humility, and, when appropriate, humor, it is my mission
and honor to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for those wishing to become their
most resilient, fulfilled, and authentic self. Through a client centered, solution- focused
approach, I support clients in discovering and building on their unique and innate strengths.
Recognizing that everyone has their own way of processing and healing, I draw on various
therapies and modalities to best meet each client’s individual needs.
As a full-time single mom with a background in small-scale sustainable agriculture, I am no
stranger to challenges and grief, which brings a high level of understanding, awareness, and
compassion to my work. I know that with farming, as in life, there are many things out of our
control. We often find ourselves faced with what seem like insurmountable challenges,
sometimes through no fault of our own. What is in our control, however, is how we address
these challenges. And it is through this process of facing down our struggles that we learn just
how strong and capable we are.
