I help my clients alleviate stress & anxiety and feel more on track and content with their life path. I work with parents wanting to lessen the power struggles with their children. And create a safe environment for children by empathic listening & the use of play/art therapy to help decrease behavioral issues & increase their ability to express themselves more appropriately.

My work with children, their parents and other caregivers have helped me better understand and appreciate the ways that relationships, including therapeutic ones, can be crucially important in fostering growth for people of all ages.
